Hey, I’m Naveed — someone who has lived in a few countries, worked in a few more, visited more than a few, and realised along the way that the most interesting part of any job is always the people behind it.Yes, I work in compliance and financial crime prevention. But the truth is, I’m driven far more by curiosity, connection, and the quiet satisfaction of helping things work better — for teams, for clients, and for the humans behind the processes.I’ve spent my life moving between cultures, languages, and perspectives. Growing up in the Middle East, building a career across Europe, collaborating with people from every corner of the world — all of that shaped how I show up today: with empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in understanding what makes people tick.I’m the kind of person who enjoys untangling messy problems, simplifying the complicated, and bringing clarity where things feel overwhelming. I like conversations that wander, ideas that challenge me, and teams that laugh even when the work is serious.Outside work, you’ll find me exploring new cities, learning new languages (and trying not to disappoint Duolingo’s daily reminders), tinkering with tech, or trying — and often failing — to convince myself to play more squash and golf.
